Although Dr Snooze does not offer additional warranties on merchandise sold, we are happy to assist you with warranty claims for all manufacturers.  Please be sure to protect your mattress, as stains void the manufacturer’s warranty.  Please ensure that the bed frame that you are using is adequately supportive, as this will also void your warranty.  Please retain your original receipt, as well as the law tags on the mattress and foundation.  Dr Snooze does not guarantee or warranty any products sold.  Delivery charges will be assessed on warranty exchanges.

All adjustable bases, pillows, and mattress protectors are final sale items.  All orders may be canceled and completely refunded PRIOR to delivery.
