Mattress Warranty Information
Please note that all manufacturers reserve the right to void the warranty on any mattress or foundation that is visibly stained or soiled, or has been abused, neglected, or used improperly. Make sure to protect your mattress with a mattress protector.
If you believe that you have a valid warranty claim, please download, read, and fill out the Warranty Questionnaire, and submit it to us with the required paperwork. Once we receive it, we will contact you within 10 days to schedule an inspection. All manufacturers require an inspection to be performed by an independant inspection agency. The inspection agency charges a fee, which will be the customer's responsibility to pay prior to the scheduled appointment. If the mattress or foundation is deemed defective, this fee will be refunded to the customer.

Furniture Warranty Information
All of the furniture on drsnooze.com comes with a 1 year warranty. This warranty is against any manufacturer's defects. Please note that all manufacturers reserve the right to void the warranty if the product is abused, neglected, or used improperly. If you believe that you have a warranty claim on your furniture, please contact our customer service department at 855-DR SNOOZE, or email us at customerservice@drsnooze.com. Please have pictures of the damaged piece available. Our furniure manufacturers reserve the right to either repair, or replace any damaged product, at their discretion.
